Any Two Cards

In poker, “any two cards” is a phrase commonly used to refer to a player’s starting hand, indicating that the player is willing to play with any two cards they are dealt.

During the bubble phase of a poker tournament when players are close to reaching the money, aggressive players might adopt a strategy of playing “any two cards” to put pressure on shorter stacks who are trying to survive and end up in the money.
